These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Tovio (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including our website, Chrome extension, and related services (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Tovio.
2. Use of Services
- You may use Tovio only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You agree not to misuse Tovio, including by attempting to copy, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Services.
3. Accounts & Access
To request a demo or access certain features, you may be required to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content, software, and materials in Tovio are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
- You retain ownership of the content you write while using Tovio. We do not claim ownership of your text inputs.
5. Chrome Extension
- The Tovio Chrome extension analyzes text locally in your browser to provide tone-of-voice feedback.
- We do not store or transmit your private text content unless explicitly shared with us for support or demo purposes.
6. Payments (if applicable in future)
Some Services may require payment. Pricing, billing terms, and refund policies will be provided separately at the time of purchase.
7. Third-Party Services
Tovio may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Gmail, Google Docs, HubSpot, Intercom). We are not responsible for those third-party services and their terms apply separately.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Tovio at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services. You may stop using Tovio at any time.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Tovio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tovio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the Services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Tovio harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
